We’re thrilled to invite you to apply for this year’s 7th Annual Illumination Festival! This marks our fourth consecutive year organizing the Holiday Vendor Village at the City of Elk Grove’s Illumination Festival—a vibrant celebration of community, creativity, and holiday magic. We’ll be bringing together 50-55 of the region’s top local makers, food vendors, and artists for an evening filled with shopping, music, lights, and festivities.

Location: District 56 - Elk Grove, California

Thank you for your interest in being part of our market! Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we carefully review each vendor to ensure a well-curated shopping experience for our guests.

To be considered, all vendors must meet the following requirements:

  • Have a valid California Seller's Permit.

  • If selling packaged food, provide all required health permits and proof of insurance for submission to the health department.

  • Maintain active, up-to-date social media accounts so we can review your products, branding, and overall business.

  • Please note that wholesale boutique vendors or 3D printing will not be accepted for this market.
